Shilpa’s biggest premiere in London
May 10th, 2007
Ok Let's talk about Shilpa Shetty again, the girl is getting hotter and richer, Thanks to her stars and Celebrity Big Brother UK. Walah! After big brother whenever she was on the TV, I was just glued to it. Her saree, makeup and style everything just attracted me. Ok now I am giving up a very big secret, when she was in big brother house I use to watch her 24/7 just to get a glimpse of her putting on makeup. But she is very smart, she never did her makeup in the bathroom in front of big mirror, instead she use to sneak into the toilet and do the makeup (didn’t give me any makeup tips). I use to like the way ...

Diet and Fitness – Super Slim Me
May 9th, 2007
Last night I saw a documentary on BBC2 (London) “Super Slim Me.” The writer and TV presenter Dawn Porter was on mission to shrink from her UK size 12 to the much touted super-skinny Hollywood size Zero (which is UK size 4). Surviving on just 500 calories per day and participating in a gruelling fitness regimen. Watching that documentary I was gutted, because from last few weeks I was thinking I am on diet (preparing me for summer). I had stopped taking my breakfast (no aloo ka paratha or andaa bread), cut down my lunch to just pasta (that to loads of pasta) and in dinner 3 chapati and lots of sabzi. Yeah! Basically I was just skipping my breakfast and thinking I ...

Enough of your Sorry Mr. M F Husain
May 7th, 2007
Maqbool Fida Husain, famous for creating controversies and than apolozing. In 1966, he was awarded the prestigious Padma Shree award by the Government of India. I reckon this old man is totally insane. He thinks creating controversies will give him and his paintings (nude paintings of Hindu Gods) exposure. I have read somewhere he raise money for people in Jammu & Kashmir by selling his paintings for millions and billions. People who buy those paintings must be having a very disgusting taste. Poor M F Hussain he can’t paint his own spiritual Gods and Saints, maybe fearing a “Fatwa” would be declared for him or he would be murdered in no time at all. So he ...

Suggestions for split ends
May 3rd, 2007
The occurrence of split ends depends on the way you manage your hair. Use a wide-toothed comb instead of a brush. Use thick cloth rubber bands instead of thin plastic ones, since the latter lead to breakage and tangling of hair. Trim your hair regularly. A cream conditioner will help keep split ends at bay. Do not use metal or wire rollers.
