Liverpool cruised to the Final of European Champions League
May 1st, 2007
Chelsea stumbled on his way to the final of European Champions League. They were 1-0 up in the aggregate but failed against the Red Army of Liverpool in Anfields Stadium, Liverpool. Liverpool booked their place in the Champions League Final with a dramatic penalty shootout win. Chelsea, playing in their third Champions League semi-final in four years had a chance just before the break when Essien almost diverted a Drogba header in from a Frank Lampard corner. As I have said before, I would like Manchester United to march to the Final tomorrow and Liverpool to beat Manchester United. They are already 3-2 up from last week's first leg, if they don't concede any goal they are off to the final in Athens. ...

Koffee with Karan Finale
May 1st, 2007
Ok guys! Sad news for lovers of “KWK.†News is that the “Koffee with Karan†finale was recorded few days ago. It will bring together Shilpa Shetty and her sister Shamita Shetty and even ropes in their mother towards the end (moma is everywhere the Shilpa is). That brings the curtain down on this season of Koffee With Karan. I am very very sad, b’coz I was hoping to see my favourite Sridevi this year. Anyway the toughest job for Karan was to bring all the Kapoors together. ‘‘Karan got the three Kapoor brothers Randhir, Rishi, and Rajiv, sister Reema and Neetu Singh together on the same show. Only Raj Kapoor’s elder daughter ...
Make-up Tips For Summer
April 30th, 2007
Looking cool in the hottest months of the year is no easy task. Heat and humidity can ruin your make-up you have taken pains to apply. Here are some tips for you to look and feel cool. 1. Don’t over-do on foundation Humidity and hot weather go hand in hand in Mumbai, so your skin won’t need lots of moisturising. Opt for a lighter moisturiser to avoid excess oil and unwanted breakouts. Applying heavy foundation is a bad idea, since it will melt away. Blotting your face with tissue every time you sweat takes away a bit of the foundation, leaving your face patchy. Keep your foundation layer very thin, by adding a drop of water or moisturiser; ...
Rakhi Sawant was rocking on Koffee with Karan
April 30th, 2007
“Most Controversial, Sensual and yet Emotional,†these were the words which Karan said for Rakhi Sawant. I was eagerly waiting for this episode, I am totally astonished the way Rakhi carried her self to the sofa, like a big actress and she was looking gorgeous with that halter neck blouse. She was real, bindaas and yes! She did made karan sweat (when she went to him, saying that he is her favourite director). When she was thanking Karan for inviting her on the show, you could see how genuine she was.
The great thing was Karan’s confession to Rakhi about how he use to make fun of her before and that how sorry he is today. At one point I think Rakhi and Karan ...
Australians are Champions
April 29th, 2007
The day India was out of World cup, I lost my interest in it. But, when I saw Sri Lanka coming to the final against Australian I was very happy. I thought, if not us, let it be Sri Lanka. To support Sri Lanka I went to my friend’s pub “ Ashbar†to see the big match on big screen with all my other friends. Trust me, the pub was packed. Asians were there to cheer for Sri Lanka and if you believe me each and every Indian were supporting Sri Lanka. I wanted them to win, but somewhere in the corner of my heart I knew Australia is going to make hat trick this time. Some people say that Australians are ...
