Nach Baliye 4 started with a bang and in ishtyle, a grand premier and a ride on Jet Airways’ Boeing 777-300ER. And Why not after all competition is tagada! Every other channel is having a dance reality shows. So to survive and to remind people that Nach Baliye was the very first dance reality show, star plus had to come up with something hatke, which they pretty much did manage.

Nach Baliye’s set is bigger and better this time. Judges are fantastic except Arjun Rampal. The man can’t dance or act, hope he can judge. Other two Farah Khan and Karisma Kapoor are superb, one is all rounder (choreographer, director and bindaas) and other is great actor and superb dancer even today. Karisma was looking gorgeous in pink saree. Farah Khan’s bindaas, jovial and muhfat attitude was rocking. Hosts Aamir and Sanjeeda were Ok!

12 contestants competing for the prize money of 50lacs. First week of the competition was overall very good. Each and every contestant did their best, songs were very good and most important – all of them were dressed very well, looking great! This week’s theme was “Nach aur Pyaar ka phela war”. Only Jodi 1 – Vineet and Tanushree had little problem, Vineet went blank during their performance, but managed to complete the act. They were also given a second chance for a proper performance. My favourite Jodi is Kranvir and Teejay, actually it’s not Jodi its only Kranvir who is my fav. The surprise package was Jodi 12 – Abhijeet and Shilpa Sawant, they were too good on my fav song “Tujhe akasha beach”. Apna oldest and boldest couple Jaspal and Savita Bhatti also gave a wonderful and energetic performance. First week was fun and promising, let’s see if the fun continues in coming weeks. All the contestants are full of energy.
