Try it\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: rgb(204, 51, 204); font-weight: bold;\">Ingredients<\/span><br \/>\n100g butter<br \/>\n1 onion, finely chopped<br \/>\n1 big lettuce, finely shredded<br \/>\n800g frozen peas or u can use fresh peas also<br \/>\n1 tsp garlic<br \/>\n900ml vegetable stock<br \/>\n1 tsp lemon juice<br \/>\n150ml cream<br \/>\nSalt and freshly ground black pepper<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold; color: rgb(204, 51, 204);\">Method<\/span><br \/>\nMelt the butter in a large pan. Add the onions &#038; cook gently for 10 minutes, until soft. Add the lettuce &amp; peas, mix them well with butter. Now add garlic, stock, lemon zest &amp; lemon juice, bring it to boil and let it simmer the peas are soft. Now pour the mixture or soup into a blender and blend until smooth. Again reheat the soup and season with salt and pepper.
