{"id":209,"date":"2007-04-09T10:02:26","date_gmt":"2007-04-09T10:02:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.sheetudeep.com\/blogs\/?p=209"},"modified":"2010-03-23T22:07:58","modified_gmt":"2010-03-23T22:07:58","slug":"lasagne-bolognaise","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.sheetudeep.com\/blog\/lifestyle\/recipes\/lasagne-bolognaise\/","title":{"rendered":"Lasagne Bolognaise"},"content":{"rendered":"<\/p>\n<p>12 sheets lasagne<br \/>2 tbsps olive oil<br \/>For sauce<br \/>2 cups mutton mince<br \/>2 tbsps olive oil<br \/>1 medium onion, chopped<br \/>2 inch stalk celery, chopped<br \/>2-3 cloves garlic, chopped<br \/>1 medium carrot, chopped<br \/>2 tbsps refined flour (maida)<br \/>2 tbsps butter<br \/>Salt to taste<br \/>3-4 black peppercorns, crushed<br \/>2 cups tomato concasse<br \/>4-5 tbsps tomato puree<br \/>1\/2 cup cheese sauce<br \/>1\/2 cup cheese, grated <br \/>Preheat oven to 180\u00c2\u00b0C.  <\/p>\n<p>Heat olive oil in a pan. Add onions and saut\u00c3\u00a9. Add mushrooms, green, red and yellow capsicums and toss.<br \/>Add sausages, salt and mix. Add American corn and toss to mix well.<br \/>Add white pepper powder, parsley, thyme and mix. Transfer this mixture into a baking dish.<br \/>Break the eggs into a bowl. Add salt, black pepper powder, nutmeg and whisk. Add milk, cheese and mix. Add this to the baking dish.<br \/>Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
