They say the lyrics of the song are \u00e2\u20ac\u0153<i>ashleel<\/i>\u00e2\u20ac\u009d. The lyrics in question are \u00e2\u20ac\u0153<em>Khaike palang tod paan, Tune le li meri jaan, Haari haari main to haari, Chal hat beimaan\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/em>, picturised on Sunny Deol, Simran Khan and Prakash Raj.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"float: right; display: inline\" align=\"right\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sheetudeep.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/Sunnykareena.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Now my question is if we can watch Imran Khan and Kareena Kapoor shaking their butt, merrily singing \u00e2\u20ac\u0153<em>Shake the Tooh <\/em>round round gore gore chote chote tooh\u00e2\u20ac\u009d in Punit Malhotra&#8217;s <em>Gori Tere Pyar Mein<\/em>, than why not watch <i>palang thod paan<\/i>? As a Punjabi I know actually <i>tooh<\/i> is \u00e2\u20ac\u0153<i>toohei<\/i>\u00e2\u20ac\u009d, butts in Punjabi are called \u00e2\u20ac\u0153<i>toohei<\/i>.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d The complete song, lyrics and moves are double meaning. But is very openly and without any burnt from censor board is shown on TV. <\/p>\n<p>I am supporting Sunny Deol, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153cut the <i>Tooh<\/i> or let\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s be fair and have <i>palang tod<\/i> also on TV\u00e2\u20ac\u009d! I think <i>Palang tod<\/i> should be released as it is and let the audience decide if it is <em>ashleel<\/em> or not! What say???<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153<i>Gand mein dum hai<\/i> <em>to<\/em>\u00e2\u20ac\u009d the word \u00e2\u20ac\u0153<i>gand<\/i>\u00e2\u20ac\u009d is mute from the song now, too late. Song and Lyrics already had grabbed ears and eyes.<\/p>\n<p>Sunny Deol and Anil who had to rework the trailer of their film after the CBFC dictate, have now approached the Revising Committee. The Board&#8217;s intervention came at a time when the makers were planning to release the song during Diwali to make the most of the festive season, when TV TRPs are usually at an annual high. <\/p>\n<p>Sharma, the director of the film said, &quot;<em>My promotional strategy has been spoilt. I don&#8217;t think the song deserved such an extreme reaction, The Board has okayed other songs which were far more offensive.
