Add the onions and cook for 10 minutes until soft, now add chicken and stir fry until chicken is brown in colour. Add garam masala and turmeric powder &#038; cook, after few minutes add ginger, garlic, coconut, stock and salt to taste and let it cook gently for further 10 minutes until the chicken is thoroughly cooked  .
