Repeat of 2005, Liverpool and AC Milan in UEFA Champions League Final
May 2nd, 2007
After two years, Once again Liverpool is going to face AC Milan in the final of UEFA Champions League Final. The memories of 2005 UEFA Champions League Final is still very fresh in our mind when after being 3-0 down to AC Milan at half time, Liverpool  staged an incredible comeback to level at 3-3 in normal time. With no goals being scored in 30 minutes of extra time, the match was decided by a penalty shootout which Liverpool won 3-2 and thus lifted the trophy for the fifth time. This match is considered to be one of the greatest dramas in the history of football. Manchester United started the semi-final with aggregate 3-2 up but very quickly in just half an ...

Liverpool cruised to the Final of European Champions League
May 1st, 2007
Chelsea stumbled on his way to the final of European Champions League. They were 1-0 up in the aggregate but failed against the Red Army of Liverpool in Anfields Stadium, Liverpool. Liverpool booked their place in the Champions League Final with a dramatic penalty shootout win. Chelsea, playing in their third Champions League semi-final in four years had a chance just before the break when Essien almost diverted a Drogba header in from a Frank Lampard corner. As I have said before, I would like Manchester United to march to the Final tomorrow and Liverpool to beat Manchester United. They are already 3-2 up from last week's first leg, if they don't concede any goal they are off to the final in Athens. ...

I think it is right time for Football associations to hit hard on indian public to change the loyalty from one day cricket to 90 minutes football. As per the report of Indiatimes, ...

Three English team in Semifinal of European Champions League
April 14th, 2007
After the quarter-finals of European Champions League, there are three English teams ( Liverpool , Chelsea and Manchester United) left in the competition and now only AC Milan can stop them from taking the Cup. Although I support Arsenal and very sad seeing them out of the competition but I would be very happy if Liverpool manage to beat Chelsea in semifinal and then take the cup by beating Manchester United in  the final. The future of English football looks very bright. Third time in succession at least one english team will play in the final, this year it could be two. Last year Arsenal lost to Barcelona and in 2004-2005 Liverpool beat AC Milan in the memorable ...
